WHAT IS IT?

Before we introduce these treatments, it is important to understand that all results are dependent upon the client's current lifestyle and post-treatment intentions to eat, hydrate, sleep & exercise well independently - which are all important factors for weight management. This treatment is not a miracle cure but a proven way to boost and support your existing efforts. It is, however, a popular way to kick start a new phase of weight loss, exercise & eating well which helps motivate many of our clients as they begin on their journey. Nutrition, lifestyle and exercise advice can all be provided during your consultation and appointments. Advice and aftercare must be followed to give the best chance of you achieving and maintaining results.

Fat Freezing is immensely popular as a leading non-invasive treatment to permanently freeze and remove stubborn fat. This method works to destroy fat cells in a localised area and contour your shape by physically freezing the fat particles which are then naturally broken down and excreted by your body's waste system over a period of weeks. Each treatment will consist of exposing the area, protecting clothes with a disposable layer, applying a disposable protection membrane to the skin and finally engaging the suction cups of the machine. It feels like a vacuum sensation to begin with, gradually cooling to the necessary temperature. At the end of the treatment, your skin will be visibly red and feel cold/ numb to the touch. The redness and cold will go down within a few hours and it is possible you may experience some bruising. This is ideal for anyone looking to boost their existing weight loss efforts, particularly for stubborn and/or long standing fat deposits.

We recommend 3-5 treatments which should be spaced about 4-6 weeks apart to allow your body to complete the full process inbetween sessions. It is painless, even relaxing, and takes approx 30 minutes per session.

Ultrasound Cavitation works by using ultrasonic waves and Radio Frequency to break down fat cells in the desired area. A treatment will consist of exposing the chosen area, protecting clothes with a disposable layer & applying a clear gel as the medium for the currents before engaging the treatment, which lasts around 45 mins. A constant motion is maintained, working into the specified area repeatedly. There is a distinctive sensation during the ultrasound but it is not unpleasant and is accompanied by a soothing warmth. Once fat cells are broken down they pass through your liver via your blood cells and are subsequently excreted through urine.

We recommend 8-10 treatments which should be spaced approx 3 days apart, aiming for 2-3 session a week.
